offered on Wednesdays & Thursdays
Come and learn the classic Piemontese cuisine with local chef Caterina, chef/owner of Le Torre del Monastero, paired with an American chef, Leslie Alexander, who has been living in Piemonte since 2007.

We will start the day by going to one of the local markets to buy our fresh ingredients.
Continuing on to the kitchen "cucina" in La Torre del Monastero where you will learn how to prepare some of the local dishes of the Langhe(Piemonte) followed by a lunch of our creations paired with local wine.

Minimum 2 persons, Maximum 6 persons
approximately 9am-2:30pm
150 euros per person

and hand-out of Piemontese wine & cuisine
